BOAT POLICY
- Valid C-cards are required and checked.
- There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy
aboard the JAIMAINE. No illegal
substances of any kind will be
permitted.
- All passengers must sign an
"Assumption of Risk/Liability Waiver".
- The Captain reserves the right to
cancel and/or change the dive due to
weather conditions.
- All N.Y.S.D.E.C. Guidelines must be
followed. All fish & lobsters will be
checked. Recreational permit required.
- Your safety is our concern, but YOUR
responsibility!
